My family law practice includes divorce, family law appeals, paternity matters, prenuptial agreements, adoptions, adult adoptions, name changes, post-decree enforcement or modification, legal separations, and annulments.

I helped people with their estate planning needs and family law appeals. My estate planning practice focused on growing families, blended families, and business owners. I helped people create an estate plan and use various estate planning tools to protect their family, wealth, and values for years to come. My family law practice focused primarily on appeals before the Arizona Court of Appeals and Supreme Court. I also helped people create prenuptial agreements to address estate planning and marital planning needs. I also created and launched the Arizona Divorce Podcast alongside my firm.

As a partner in a boutique family law practice, I helped hundreds of clients with their family law needs, particularly in the area of divorce. My practice focused on helping business owners and professionals through divorce and the many complicated divorce issues inherent with these types of individuals. I also helped people with other family law matters, including adoptions, appeals, post-divorce modification/enforcement, and prenuptial agreements.
